The client

GMI (now Lightspeed GMI), a provider of digital market research and data collection services.

The challenge

The client desperately needed to find (hard-to-find) PHP-specialized senior software engineers. They needed to hire one immediately, and they knew they’d need to hire more in the near future.

Our solution

Building a talent pipeline of qualified, screened, and interested candidates. This included qualifying talent, collecting local market intelligence, identifying a candidate for hire right now, and setting up a pipeline of candidates to pull from in the future.

We:

  • Sourced 90 candidates in one week
  • Shortlisted 68 candidates the second week
  • Pre-screened 22 candidates, and
  • Sent 5 candidates for interview the third week.
