“It’s about giving everyone a fair chance …”
Los Angeles, CA – December 1, 2015: Social recruitment company Recruiting Social has announced that as part of its giving pledge, ten percent of all company profits earned in the United States will be donated to the Fulfillment Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Los Angeles students overcome obstacles to achieve a college education.
“It’s all about giving everyone a fair chance at becoming sought-after talent,” says Recruiting Social founder Chad MacRae, “You can’t just complain about a shortage of skilled people. You have to do something about it. That’s what our 10% Giving promise is about – creating a better future for our community.”
“Recruiting Social’s commitment to the community and giving back is so admirable,” says Cassandra Krause, vice president of development at Fulfillment Fund, “We are thrilled with the partnership and to be aligned with such a great company.”
This is Recruiting Social’s second charitable partnership following a similar commitment to STAND Foundation in Canada.
